Shipping policy

It generally takes around 10-14 business days for most Artworks to reach you from the time they are ordered. This delivery is offered free to the destinations we offer our products in.

If there any shipping delays due to unforeseeable issues we shall inform you about them via email after you have placed the order with an option to cancel the transaction if you feel it will be delivered too late.

Production Times

Artworks once ordered take between 3-7 days in production, depending on size and region.

Production Locations

Our Artworks are printed at different  Partner Print Labs around the globe. Our Partner Print labs located in:-

Colorado, Florida and New York in the US

Montreal, Canada

Birmingham, UK

Germany

Latvia

Brisbane, Australia

Dubai, UAE

Orders are routed as per region through these Print Labs.

Shipping times

Shipping times vary between 1-7 business days. We will provide you tracking information via e-mail once the artwork has shipped. Depending on region our items are shipped with USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, Royal Mail, DPD etc. 

Customs 

If you're in the UK, US, or Canada, there will be no customs charged, as we have  partner labs within those countries, so the shipment is local for the canvases. Other items like our wood art which ships from Egypt may be charged with customs.

The customer is responsible for all customs fees as it is determined by border services in your country. We don't often hear about customers being charged but we cannot promise anything.
