Refund policy

Cancellations:-

Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase. Please email hello@arancanvas.com with your order details. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Replacements:-

If the Artwork arrives damaged or is lost during transit, or a wrong size or different item is shipped, please get in touch with us at hello@arabcanvas.com. We will replace the Artwork at the earliest. We will require visual proof including photos and videos of the damaged or wrong item that you have received. 

 

Returns and Refunds:-

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@arabcanvas.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to return ship the item to us at your own cost, we shall send you instructions on how and where to send your package. All return shipping will be to Chicago, IL - USA. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to offer you a replacement in case the item is damaged during transit.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:-

1. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

2. Items purchased at a discounted price during a sale, or with the use of a coupons or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
